Textual Information(1) | Mr. S.K.Garg ceased to be the Director of the Company and Chairman of the Board with effect from 28th February, 2017 and since Mr. Garg was the member of Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Company, therefore vide resolution passed by circulation dated 08th April, 2017 the Board of Directors of the Company approved the re-constitution of the said Committees in terms of the provisions/regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligation And Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Companies Act 2013 and other applicable provisions, if any. |
